Performance document evaluation current Task Status issue

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We're facing issue in perf doc evaluation task status only for one employee.
In PROD, when task status is ready for manager evaluations, manager evaluates document and selected Save and Close to save the evaluation and task status changes to in progress and this is not happening


Tried to replicated in TEST but in TEST it's working as expected

so can you please help in understanding why this is happening and how to check the Task Status configuration.
