Is it possible for an HR Specialist to view participant feedback in Redwood through the Manage Participant Feedback page?

Content:

We would like to confirm whether HR Specialists can view feedback submitted by participants in Performance Documents using the Redwood interface.

Currently, when accessing the Manage Participant Feedback page as an HR Specialist, the View Feedback option is not available.
