Re: About Oracle Created Accounts
"I still prefer to install software first and then create the database(s)." Second that.
Re: About Oracle Created Accounts
A lot, if not all, other options seems to be comfigurable post installation, and actually at any moment.
That is assuming you have 1 and only 1 database created per Oracle Home. Once you installed the product and created the first database, if you want to create any new database you are not going to use the installer again, you will use DBCA.
IMHO, the installer is not the right tool to create databases. Adding database creation at software installation step may have been a decision to make Oracle "simpler" to install and use, but I still prefer to install software first and then create the database(s).
Re: What is the difference between on-account and unapplied receipts?
I got the answer today. When you do the Receipt write off, the unapplied receipts would appear in the list to be written off but if you put them to on-account, these will not appear.
So, in that sense, you can avoid getting these receipts written off, that's why we can use the On-Account application.

Re: Last run date for jobs in OEM?
Hello @WestCoast_DBA ,
On the OEM Repository DB as SYSMAN, execute the below query.
SQL> select j.job_name,
j.job_type,
j.job_owner,
j.scheduled_time,
j.start_time,
j.end_time,
j.status
from MGMT$JOB_EXECUTION_HISTORY j
where JOB_NAME = <job_name> ; -- substitute the <job_name> with the job name in concern

Re: OUD - Proxy Transformation - How to see real & virtual attributes
Ok I think I found the way to do that:
1 - I need to use departmentNumber in the search filter
2 - I need to return departmentNumber in the attributes list
3 - I need to use customerDN in the search filter
4 - I need to return customerDN in the attributes list
If I use a MAP transformation customerDN = %departmentNumber% , 3 & 4 is OK... but not 1&2
If I use a IN transformation (Inbound) customerDN = %departmentNumber% AND an OUT transformation (outbound) customerDN = %departmentNumber% , 3 & 4 is OK AND 1 & 2 are OK as departmentNumber is still visible...
I potentially need to add the customerDN attribute in the Proxy Schema...
