I don't know of a concise doc that includes all this in one place. But you need to:

1. Configure the supplier location with ACH pay method and enter the email remittance address

2. Set up a BI Publisher report definition for the remittance info that goes to the supplier

3. Pay cycle definition for ACH needs remit advice active and format specified (PDF)

4. Bank account needs ACH enabled as a pay method and allow remit advice active

There could be security involved, but that varies. Ours requires an AP role for running pay cycle, etc. May be missing some stuff. Maybe others can fill in blanks. Hope this helps.
