You can integrate schedules under Program, but it does not appear you can perform a Monte Carlo Risk Analysis on integrated schedules. I was asked that question today from a company looking to upgrade to OPC but when we checked I did not see this option in Program (and I'm the OPC administrator).
Per my last email to an Oracle OPC developer, it appears the multi-project upgrade is forthcoming. We are all still waiting. :(
Re: ORA-01403 when applying Oracle database JVM patch 38523609 (January 2026 CPU) to 19c RU 29 database.
The issue with 19.31 is when datapatch runs it rolls back 19.30 - and then applies 19.31. When it rolls back 19.30 it uses the old bug35933540_rollback.sql file, and you encounter the same issue… At least that was my experience. If you applied the patches to a database home that is below 19.30 I don't think you'd have this issue.

I think you'll run into difficulties with this; per the main ST/OT document, the Transfer functionality is not intended for non-stock or Direct ship stocking types. See below….

This should not be an issue with single user as the MOBJ settings are not really user specific. Are you sure you are able to add attachments in the SAME instance?
To start with, review the e1root log of the jas instance for more details.
