Re: Autocash rule set implementation
Hi User_7OVVG
You can use Automatic Cash Application Functionality; below are 2 notes that detail the issue:

Re: Autocash rule set implementation
Hi User_7OVVG
The AutoCash Rule Set is applied at the time of receipt application, not at transaction creation.
So you can apply it, when you manually apply a receipt, then system uses the AutoCash Rule Set assigned to the customer/profile, then applies the receipt automatically to open AR transactions following rule logic (Fifo)
or
you can apply it during Lockbox / Automatic Receipt Processing. Same, sistem applies receipts automatically using the AutoCash Rule Set assigned to the customer.

Re: Unable to reverse payment
Hello,
Per solution doc FAQ3269 reconciled payments cannot be voided, which makes sense - if your bank has recognized that a payment has cleared it shouldn't be voided. The solution doc explains the steps involved to remove the R from the reconciled field
Thanks

Re: Looking for known issues or experiences with new HFM script language (11.2.22+)
Tested succesful:
CreateObject("Scripting.Dictionary")
CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
the ADO connection string is a little different as we used a registry key.
This is now moved into a XML configfile on the server
Using Set objShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
the connection returned:
Provider=2;DRIVER={Oracle FM 8.0 SQL Server Wire Protocol};SERVER=xxx;PORT=xxx;Database=xxx;APP=HFM;CRC=3;UID={xxx};PWD={xxx}
Keep an eye out for datasource memory use.
If you assign a value to an array with parenthesis like: arrTest(0) = (1 + 1)
throws error.
fix by using: arrTest(0) = CInt(1 + 1)
Re: Unable to download articles from PO KB articles. Getting Error VBCP-LDKM-611 : Unable to load
Does anyone at Oracle understand how ridiculous this is that we have to post and have someone help us find an old knowledge base article?
Repost an unposted AR group
Hi Everyone, I unposted a AR group mistakenly and it created reversal entries. How do I repost the group now.
Re: Unable to download patches from MOS (400 Bad Request)
That “400 – Bad Request” error is an intermittent but frequent error, caused by Oracle cookies size. That error can usually be solved by opening the link in a new Incognito mode browser window.
If that does not work, try a different browser or try to log out of Oracle, remove all Oracle related sites cookies and log in again.
Re: Preventing creation of zero amount purchase orders
Hi @User_KUZ38,
You cannot prevent a zero dollar purchase order from being created but you can issue a warning with the setup below:
- In the Supplier Master Revision (P04012), navigate to the Purchasing 2 Tab. On the , go to the Min Order Value (MINO) Field. Populate a 1 in the field. This will issue a warning if a Buyer tries to create a Purchase Order for less than 1.00.
- Enter a purchase order with a Quantity and Account Number, leaving the Unit Cost and Extended Cost Blank.
- Edit the line and the order issues a Warning “Order Amount Below Order Minimum” (0106)
Cause. . . . . The amount of the order is below the minimum amount specified for the supplier in the Supplier Purchasing Instructions (P4306).
Resolution . . This is a warning message only. If you choose to continue, press the Enter Key again. Be aware that there may be problems processing the order since it does not meet the supplier's minimum requirements. - Return to the order line and populate the unit cost field.
- The warning will disappear.
- Save the order and it will be created for an amount greater than zero
Note: The warning message Order Amount Below Order Minimum references Supplier Purchasing Instructions (P4306). Application P4306 does not exist in EnterpriseOne. The Supplier Purchasing Instructions are on the Purchasing 1 and Purchasing 2 tabs of the Supplier Information (F0401).

Re: F4111 and F41021 Qty Mismatch
Thank you for your question.
This is not usually seen in normal conditions, but it can occur occasionally.
It is true, due to the high utilization of the F41021 table, it is kept outside transaction processing to avoid record locking issues. Because of this, if a transaction fails, updates to other tables are rolled back, but F41021 is not. This can lead to data mismatches, such as issues with PQOH.
In newer releases, there is some automatic handling to roll back F41021 updates, but it may not cover all scenarios.
Running R42210 regularly is not required. However, if such issues occur from time to time, you can schedule it (preferably during non-working hours) to correct the data.
The recent issues at your customer side could be due to increased system activity or higher load on F41021.
Regards,
Mahesh
