Re: HOW TO RESTRICT LEARNER TO REQUEST NON CATALOG LEARNING NOT MORE THAN 2 REQUESTS PER YEAR
Hi,
As this is the My Oracle Support category, I think it would be better to move this to the HCM? category.
I think you should specify the release version of Oracle HCM Cloud you are using. This is because the behaviour of custom action chains and the available REST endpoints may vary depending on the release.

Re: which table stores AP payment void action?
Hi,
You can try to build a query and get the status of invoices related to payments made.
Please take note the ff for void action
None - will void the payment and make the invoices status as unpaid
Cancel - will void the payment and cancel the related invoices
Hold - will void the payment and will place a hold on the related invoices.
There is no table that store the action chosen upon void action, so building a query that will capture the status of invoices related to payments will help you identify the action chosen.
Hope this helps,
Chirre

Structured Address Modification in Oracle Apps R12 as part of ISO20022 migration
Hi Team,
Is there any one started modifying the address details for payments as part of ISO20022 migration for structured address in place of hybrid/unstructured format in Oracle Payables R12.
Any leads/ documents for modifying this is highly appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: Shipment Confirmation email notification
Hi @User_KUZ38,
Currently, Shipment Confirmation (P4205) does not have a standard feature to trigger email notifications to users regarding shipment status.

Re: G/L Offset Code Defaulting
Hi @User_KUZ38,
Yes, the G/L Offset Code can default from the Line Type, but only when the “Edit Item Master for Non-Stock Item” option is unchecked in the Line Type Constants.
In this case, during sales order entry, the system does not fetch item description or price. Users typically enter the description, quantity, and unit price manually. The system then uses the G/L Offset from the Line Type to determine the appropriate object accounts via AAIs for posting.

Re: Line Type in sales order
Hi @User_KUZ38,
The Line Type in Sales Order Entry (P4210/P42101) defaults based on the following hierarchy:
- Line Type manually entered on the sales order line.
- P4210 processing option used to default the Line Type.
- Inventory Commitment Preference (06) resolved, if applicable.
- If stocking type (STKT) is not 'N', the Line Type comes from Item Branch (F4102).
- If stocking type (STKT) is 'N', the Line Type comes from Item Master (F4101).
- Data Dictionary default value for LNTY.

Mahesh
