Re: I am unable to load oracle Apex Chart region
Hi,
Thank you for providing the details and screenshots. The error "Refused to apply style because its MIME type ('text/html') is not a supported stylesheet MIME type" typically means the server is returning an HTML error page (such as a 404 Not Found page) instead of the actual CSS file. This is confirmed by the console screenshot, which also shows "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" for Oracle JET library files.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Verify that the Oracle JET static resource files are correctly deployed and accessible on the server. The path /i/24.2.13/libraries/oraclejet/17.0.10/ should be serving the actual JS and CSS files, not redirecting to an error page.
- Check whether the APEX static files were properly installed or updated when upgrading to version 24.2.14. A mismatch between the APEX version (24.2.14) and the static file path (24.2.13) could indicate an incomplete upgrade.
- Clear your browser cache and try loading the page again.
Review the web server configuration (e.g., Apache or ORDS) to ensure the /i/ alias or image prefix is correctly pointing to the APEX static files directory.
Could you please confirm your web server and ORDS configuration, and whether a recent APEX upgrade was performed?

Hi Daniel,
Finally got the chance to patch a RAC environment with Active Data Guard using your blog and it worked like a charm. Thanks!

Re: In an EXADATA Environment - Added Alternative Dest for RECO
Hi,
You must clear the pre-configured fail-safe settings within both the Data Guard Broker and the database parameters. First, connect to the DGB command line and execute:
EDIT DATABASE <db_unique_name> SET PROPERTY AlternateLocation='';
alongside
EDIT DATABASE <db_unique_name> SET PROPERTY StandbyAlternateLocation='';
to remove the automated broker-level routing. Next, to ensure no hardcoded fail-safes remain at the instance level, connect via sqlplus and redefine your primary destination to strip out the alternate attribute
ALTER SYSTEM SET LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_1='LOCATION=USE_DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST VALID_FOR=(ALL_LOGFILES,ALL_ROLES)';
and clear the secondary destination
ALTER SYSTEM SET LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_2='';

Re: Activity codes not transferring when copying project
Thanks, David.
We aren't copying via the Baseline function, so that's a win for us.
I'm checking with our team to see who, if anyone, has the permissions to access the articles because this MAY resolve our problem.
I appreciate your time and help with our issue.

Re: Cross-Organization PO Receipt Within the Same Operating Unit
Hi,
You will be able to receive the goods, only in the ship to organization mentioned in the PO Shipments.
You can consider, receiving the goods in the Inv org - A001 and then perform an inter org transfer to Org - B001

Re: Cross-Organization PO Receipt Within the Same Operating Unit
Hi
Is A001 and B001 belong to same operating unit ? how are you managing accounting?
Like A001 will have account A and B001 might have different account right?
I think your requirement is a ER

Re: Need details for WF_CONTROL and WF_UR_VALIDATE_STG
Hi,
The WF_CONTROL table serves as a master control log or metadata repository for the Workflow engine and Directory Services.
The WF_UR_VALIDATE_STG (Workflow User Role Validation Staging) table is a temporary staging area used during the execution of the Workflow Directory Services User/Role Validation program.

Re: Release Management RLM - 862 DELJIT - Update Order Line
Hello
In standard Oracle RLM, changing the customer item cross-reference from X to Y will not make the existing open sales order lines for X turn into Y through the interface tables alone. The Demand Processor loads schedules into the RLM interface tables and reconciles them against existing demand, but its matching logic uses mandatory attributes including Customer Item and Inventory Item. When those key attributes do not match, the new demand line is treated as a new requirement record, not an update to the old line.
Oracle also states that whether an incoming change/replacement can update an existing sales order line depends on the line’s workflow status, the schedule type, and Order Management processing constraints. If the change cannot be applied, Oracle raises warning exceptions and manual intervention is needed.
So the practical answer is:
- Use the inbound 862 so that the customer item A resolves to the new internal item Y by activating the new cross-reference and deactivating X. Oracle Inventory supports updating and deactivating customer item cross references, and Release Management uses preference ranking/cross references for the item mapping.
If the trading partner’s inbound purpose code means a replacement, map that external code to internal Replacement through the RLM code conversion for RLM_TRX_PURP; Oracle explicitly documents this use case.
- Even then, RLM interface loading alone will not reliably change open OM lines from X to Y if the item itself changes, because inventory item is part of the matching logic and a mismatch becomes a new record.
If the business truly needs “take open line X and change it to Y,” the supported path is to update the existing Oracle Order Management line, not to rely on the RLM interface tables to do the item swap. Oracle Order Import supports changes to existing orders/lines through the open interface using OPERATION_CODE = UPDATE, and the line can then be changed subject to processing constraints.
So the answer is: you generally cannot achieve this by only populating the RLM interface tables. Standard RLM will usually create a new Y line. To get the old X line replaced by Y, you need a custom OM update/reconciliation step keyed to the existing open order line, or a controlled change process that updates the OM line directly after the schedule is received.
Thank you,
Bobbi
