And just like you, even if you know the new KB number (let's not talk about how the old KB numbers have been messed up), it not showing up

But then if you using the magic trick of manually typing the full URL (https://support.oracle.com/support/?anchorId=&documentId=KA1055&page=sptemplate&sptemplate=km-article) here we go, the document pops up!

After all I think that the lack of quality we are seeing in thi portal is just a reflection of the same lack of quality in many other oracle products and services these days.

After four months of struggling with MOS, I’ve honestly run out of patience. At this point, it feels easier to just raise a service request for every issue and let an Oracle engineer handle it.

Is this supposed to be AI-powered search? Because right now it feels like even basic keyword matching is broken. If embeddings or semantic search are being used, they’re not helping surface the most relevant results.

This is a core support portal. It should be reliable and intuitive, especially for straightforward queries like support timelines.

Come on, MOS team you can do better. You promised me back in december that over the period of time it will be as good as old MOS but nothing changed since then.

When customers start accepting frustration as normal, that’s not evolution it’s failure.
