Re: Unable to download CWB files from KB157616
The specific file we're looking for is the latest weekly Excel spreadsheet, top of the first list of links:

Interestingly, the majority of the download links on the KB157616 page have been working fine for the last couple of days. It's more or less just the 2026 files that are failing to download with the above error — but of course those are the ones we need!
EDIT: Oracle seems to have fixed the permissions issue over the weekend. We were able to download the file we needed with no difficulty on Monday mornining, 3/30/2026 6:30am CDT.

It is the value between ../instances/ and /config/, the value is derived, eg
/u02/app/oracle/product/122/fs1/FMW_Home/webtier/instances/EBS_web_TESTASCP_OHS1/config/OHS/EBS_web_TESTASCP

Please try in the Test instance:
1. Go into the responsibility: System Administrator
2. Navigate to: Security -> User -> Define
3. Query the User Name in question.
4. Remove the employee from the Person field.
5. Save the change.
6. Add the employee back to the Person field.
7. Save the change.
8. Re-query the user.
The following Securing Attributes should now be set on the Securing Attributes Tab with a value representing the employee tied to the user:
Attribute:
ICX_HR_PERSON_ID
TO_PERSON_ID
9. Retest the issue.
10. Migrate the solution as appropriate to other environments.

Re: Move RAC database from Site 1 to Site 2 (different network)
Hello All
Thank you for all feedback
We shall move our 2 x physical Node from Site A to Site B and rebuild our Clusterware to pick up the different network at Site B
I will build Dataguard from Site A (Primary) to Site B (Standby) to cut-over our database

Thank you so much @VijayK P-Oracle and @Pere Taule-Oracle. This ended up being related to a customization that we did not initially believe was associated with descriptions on BIL lines.
