Re: Inquiry regarding access to the old Oracle Support screen (screenshot attached)
Hello User,
David here in Support. Thank you for posting your question. You are correct that the page has changed, and you will be required to use this moving forward.
There should be some links to help find documents, e.g. "Finding knowledge articles in My Oracle Support" also search under "How can we help you today?"
Via "How can we help you today?" I searched on 20240086 and a link and article (KB169564) E1: 09: Add Processing Option to Prevent Change to Posted Journal (P0911) is displayed.
Is there something specific that you are trying to find?
Thank you,
David
Re: JDE Edwards 9.2 64-bit; tools release 9.2.9.4 - Are any ESUs needed for Vertex v.4.5.9 Upgrade?
Hello. The following document would be the one to look at for that, if anything was required, but according to it version 4.5.9 is not yet certified:
WS/E1: 07/77: Vertex Updates, Certifications and Announcements for JD Edwards Payroll, updated 2.19.26 (Doc ID 1331845.2) KA1081
Re: INVOICE_INTERFACE_STATUS_CODE is NOT_ELIGIBLE for some order lines
You may want to log an SR to investigate if the line/item is genuinely eligible for invoicing or not. They may provide you a script to invoice if eligible. But SR will be your best option here.

Re: Expense Approver Role Incorrectly Granted Creation Access in Fluid
Hi Pere
I checked in our DEV & DEMO environments and role 'Approvals Fluid' is only linked to permission list EOAW2200. Permission list EOAW1100 doesn't exist in either of them
Just thought I'd mention it

Re: Description for BIL Line in Proj Resource
Hi Michelle,
The description of the BIL rows comes from the rate set set up - Setup PC Rate Sets PC
Navigation: Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Project Costing > Pricing Structure > Setup PC Rate Sets PC
Please review the documentation for the description field on the target
Home (PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management 9.2) > Products > Enterprise Service Automation > PeopleSoft Project Costing > Pricing Project Costs > Defining Rate Set Categories, Rate Sets, and Rate Plans
Description
Enter a description that appears on target rows and is passed to PeopleSoft Billing for use on the invoice. Leave the field blank or enter a wildcard (the percent symbol) for the description on the source transaction to appear by default on the target transaction.
This is how the application works. Please relate it to the actual data you are seeing and if the application is not behaving as noted, please log a service request and we can review it further.

Re: "Critical Patch Update Program Jan 2026 Patch Availability Document (DB-only)"
Totally agree.
Search does not work as it used to.
Patch downloads are a nightmare.
How come Oracle came with a portal like this ?
Is there no one in Oracle to test such tools or is it just someone decided with no clue ?
Re: "Critical Patch Update Program Jan 2026 Patch Availability Document (DB-only)"
The new portal is the worst portal I've ever seen in my 30 years in this business. The old portal version was very easy to use and I never had a problem finding the new CPU and OJVM patches. I can not believe Oracle rolled out such a terrible portal. It's almost as if they don't care about customer service. also, Thank you all for the info you provided here on how to access the portal. Good to everyone trying to navigate this labyrinth.
Re: Oracle SBC MIBS
Hello Jorge,
MIB files are located with the documentation.
Pick the code release you are looking for, I will use 9.3 as an example….
Then just scroll down past the Docs to Management Files:
Should be all set. Each code stream has a section for the Management files.
Hope that helps!
Dave
