Is there a way that there wouldn't be any budget adjustments in running Carry Forward PO?

When we try to run the carry forward PO budgetary control, budget amounts are being moved from selected year to the carry forward year.

Is there a way so that there wouldn't be any budget adjustment upon running the carry forward process?

This is because based on business standard, whatever was the approved budget for the said year should not have any movement and shall remain the same.
