Save search to show duplicate items in SO
Hello,
When SO is fulfilled, we are creating custom record for each item found in SO.
There is a case when same item is ordered more than once(item repeats in single SO). If so then custom record is created for same item more than once for particular SO.
Can it be possible to create a save search to find custom records where items are repeating belongs to each SO?
Ex - lets say there is a SO named (SO100) where items are A, B, C, B. When fulfilled, 4 custom records are created. I want to create a save search which shows me 2 custom records created for item B for SO100.
