NSAW: How to Fix Invalid Warehouse Credentials Error and Ensure Warehouse is Up to Date
The following needs to be completed to ensure that the customer’s data warehouse is upgraded to a supported version of NSAW, and the customer’s data in NSAW stays accurate:
- Reset data warehouse transfer credentials
- More documentation is linked here
- Enable the data pipeline
- By navigating to the NSAW console, please select the Data Configuration then Pipeline Settings.
- Change the Data Pipeline Status to Enabled.
- Reset and Reload the Data Warehouse
- Reset and Reload is currently (as of August 2024) a generally available features that needs to be manually toggled on. You will need to navigate to the NSAW console
