管理者が従業員にアクセスを付与しようとした際、従業員レコードを保存した後New User Requestフォームが表示されます。
解決策
「新規ユーザーの要求」フォームは、アカウントの新規ユーザーのライセンス数が不十分な場合に表示されます。
新規ユーザーの追加を続行するには、管理者は次の手順を実行する必要があります。
- NetSuiteアカウントへの新規フル・ライセンス・ユーザーの追加
注意:ユーザーが追加のユーザー・ライセンスを要求する場合は、アカウント・マネージャに連絡して処理を依頼してください。
または
- 既存のユーザーへのアクセス権の削除
- 「リスト」>「従業員」>「従業員」にナビゲートします。
- ユーザーがアクセス権を削除する従業員:「編集」をクリックします
- 「アクセス」タブをクリックします。
- 「アクセス権の付与」ボックス:チェックマークの削除
- 「保存」をクリックします。
注: NetSuiteドメイン(user01@netsuite.comなど)を使用するユーザーは、NetSuiteアカウントのユーザー・ライセンスを取得しません。ユーザーは任意の数のNetSuiteユーザーを追加でき、ユーザー・ライセンスにはカウントされません。
