保存検索を削除する際に、エラー「このレコードは他のレコードによって参照されているため、削除できません。」が表示されます。

解決策

  1. リスト > 検索 > 保存検索に移動
  2. 保存検索:編集をクリック
  3. 閲覧者をクリック
  4. ロール:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  5. グループ:ユーザーの選択解除
  6. パートナ:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  7. 部門:ユーザーの選択解除
  8. 従業員:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  9. ロールサブタブをクリック
  10. 優先リスト・ビュー:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  11. 優先ダッシュボード・ビュー:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  12. 優先サブリスト・ビュー:マーク解除チェック・ボックス
  13. 電子メールサブタブをクリック
  14. レコード作成時/更新時に電子メール・アラートを送信:チェック・ボックスの選択を解除
  15. スケジュールに従ってEメールを送信:チェック・ボックスの選択を解除
  16. 保存をクリック
  17. 保存検索: 編集をクリック
  18. アクション:削除をクリック　
    注:    このレコードは他のレコードによって参照されているため削除できませんというプロンプトが表示された場合、次にチェックするのは、動的グループで使用されているかどうかです。
  19. リスト > 関係 > グループに移動
  20. グループ:編集をクリック
  21. 保存検索:別の保存検索を選択

注:グループは、他の関連レコードを孤立させるため、キャンペーンまたはメール・マージに使用されている場合は削除できません。NetSuiteでは、これは履歴記録の理由から許可されません。

グループとの関連付けが解除され、削除が許可されない場合は、一括更新に使用されているかどうかを確認します。それ以外の場合は、保存検索を非アクティブとして最後のオプションとしてマークできます。
