顧客Aが一括電子メールの受信者である場合、一括電子メールは登録カテゴリではなくグローバル登録ステータスを使用するため、顧客Aは引き続き電子メールを受信します。
一括メールの受信を停止する場合は、グローバル登録ステータスも変更する必要があります。

- リスト> 関係> 顧客に移動します
- 顧客Aを編集する
- マーケティングタブをクリックし、登録カテゴリサブタブをクリックします
- グローバル登録ステータスをソフトオプトアウトに変更します
- 保存する
