解決策
現在、設定> 会社> 一般設定にあるメンテナンス完了通知電子メールオプションは、アカウントのすべての有効なアカウント管理者にのみ送信されます。
85744管理通知オプションの設定されているように、管理通知を受信できるのは、従業員ユーザー(管理者や非管理者など)と従業員ユーザーのみで構成されるグループのみです。
このような定期保守通知を他の会社指定のユーザーにも送信する必要がある場合は、次の代替ソリューションを検討してください。
これらの電子メールを受信する管理者の1人を用意します。
- この通知の送信先となる他のすべてのユーザーを保持するグループをOutlookで設定します。
- 次に、Outlookで、これらの通知に使用される件名の電子メールがNetSuiteアドレスから受信されたときに、このグループに自動的に転送するようにするルールを作成します。
