- [リスト]> [検索]> [保存検索]> [新規作成]に移動します
- 種類を選択してください
- タイトルの検索:タイトルを入力
- 結果タブをクリックします
- [列]をクリックします
- 以下のフィールドを追加
- 計算式(テキスト)を選択
- 計算式:'=Hyperlink("https://system.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/supportcase.nl?id=' || {internalid} || '","' || {number} || ' - ' || {title} || '")'
