潜在顧客レコードを削除するとエラー「このレコードには依存レコードがあるため、削除できません」というエラーが発生します。
解決策
潜在顧客を削除する回避策は、ダミーの潜在顧客を作成し、影響を受ける潜在顧客を、マスターレコードとしてダミー潜在顧客を使用してダミー潜在顧客にマージすることです。
以下を実行:
- リスト> 関係> 潜在顧客> 新規作成に移動します
- ダミー潜在顧客を作成します
- 影響を受けた潜在顧客に戻ります
- 編集> 結合をクリックします
- 結合先フィールドで、ダミー潜在顧客を選択します
- 結合をクリックします
- 結合したら、ダミー潜在顧客を編集してから削除します
ただし、レコードを削除することはお勧めしませんので、レコードに無効のタグを付けるだけでかまいません。
- 影響を受ける潜在顧客を開きます
- システム情報に移動し、無効をオンにします
