解決策
2018年10月17日の電子修正以降、ドメイン@ netsuite.comから送信された一部のメールが、新しいサブドメイン@ notification.netsuite.comから届き始めました。このアドレスから送信される電子メールの種類には、次のようなアカウントのアクティビティに関する管理者への通知が含まれます。
- ユーザーが開始したパスワードのリセットが成功した
- 6回連続のログイン失敗
- 有効な2要素認証検証コードの送信に6回連続して失敗した
- アカウントへのアクセスを許可する
- パスワードの有効期限の通知
- 未配信のメールが送信者に返送されました
- 予定されているメンテナンス通知
- メンテナンス完了通知
- サンドボックス更新のアクティブ化
この変更により、@netsuite.comから送信された他の電子メールトラフィックから通知電子メールが分離されます。これらの通知のメールボックスへの配信に悪影響はありません。ただし、会社が電子メールインフラストラクチャまたは電子メールエージェントに厳格なルールを設定しており、新しいサブドメインからの電子メールの配信を禁止している可能性があります。サブドメイン@ notification.netsuite.comからのメールがメールサーバーで受け入れられていることをITチームに確認してください。
