解決策
共有レポートには2つのオプションがあります。
1.「閲覧者/閲覧許可」タブ
2 「アクセス」タブ
①「閲覧者/閲覧許可」タブ:
カスタムレポートの[閲覧者/閲覧許可]タブで選択したユーザーは、使用しているロールにカスタムレポートの基となる標準レポートの権限がある場合にのみ、レポートを実行できます。これ は必要な権限を持たないユーザーに誤ってレポートアクセスを許可することを防ぐためです。
シナリオ例:
1. ユーザーAにカスタム営業ロールがアサインされている
2. このロールには、注文書レポート権限がある
3. ユーザーAは、[レポート]タブ>[注文書]で標準の注文書レポートにアクセスできる
4. ユーザーBは、[顧客別注文書]でレポートをカスタマイズした
5. ユーザーAは、[閲覧者/閲覧許可]タブで選択されていないため、ユーザーBのカスタマイズされた[顧客別注文書]レポートにアクセスできません。
②「アクセス」タブ:
注:[アクセス]タブは、ロールのレポート権限を上書きします。
通常ではカスタムレポートのベースとなる標準レポートを実行する権限を持たないユーザーにカスタムレポートへのアクセスを許可する必要がある場合は、[アクセス]タブでこのロールを選択できます。
シナリオ例:
1. ユーザーAにカスタム営業ロールがアサインされている
2. このロールには、注文書レポート権限がない
3.ユーザーAはユーザーBのカスタマイズされた[顧客別注文書]レポートにアクセスする必要がありますが、ロールは販注文書レポートの権限を持つように制限されている
4.ユーザーAは[アクセス]タブに追加できるため、ロールに権限を追加しなくてもレポートにアクセスできる
