- コマース> Webサイト> Webサイトリストに移動します
- SCIS Webサイト:編集をクリックします
- アクションにカーソルを合わせます
- 検索インデックスを再構築をクリックします(注:インデックスステータスを表示をクリックすると、ユーザーは再構築のステータスを確認できます)
SCISドメインのキャッシュ無効化リクエストを実行します
- コマース> コンテンツ管理> キャッシュ無効化リクエスト> 新規作成に移動します
- 利用可能なドメイン:SCISWebサイトドメインを選択します
- ドメイン全体のキャッシュをクリア:ラジオボタンをマークします
- 送信をクリックします
注:これが解決されたかどうかを確認する前に、ログアウトしてSCISアプリケーションを強制的に閉じる必要があります。
