SCISで検証済みの返品を実行しようとすると、表示されている税金が実際の税額と異なる場合があります。
この問題の潜在的な原因の1つは、トランザクションの顧客がNetSuiteERPで変更された可能性があることです。これが発生すると、アイテムサブリストの出荷先フィールドが空白または新しい顧客の住所に変更されます。 出荷先住所が変更されたため、税法も影響を受け、SCISで税金が正しく表示されなくなります。
解決策
これを解決するには、トランザクションで顧客を変更する前に、アイテムのサブリストフィールドの出荷先または税金コードの現在の値をメモする必要があります。顧客が変更されたら、必ず出荷先コードまたは税金コードを元のコードに更新してください。
