カスタム外部ケースフォームのカスタムフィールドを非表示にしたい。
解決策
- 管理者としてログインします
- カスタマイゼーション> フォーム> フォームを入力
- 標準外部ケースフォーム:カスタマイズをクリック
- 名前:名前を入力
- フィールドタブをクリック
- 列の表示:ON
注:フォームから非表示にするカスタムフィールドはチェックを外します- 保存をクリック
注:カスタム外部ケースフォームが優先入力フォームであることを確認してください。
