固定資産管理SuiteAppは、固定資産に関連するトランザクションの管理を自動化します。これには、適切な勘定科目へのトランザクションの転記が含まれます。これらのアカウントは事前定義されているか、ユーザーが手動で作成/設定します。
この記事では、次の内容について説明します。
1. Fixed Asset Management SuiteAppのインストール後に自動的に作成される事前定義済の勘定科目または勘定科目
2. トランザクションで作成および使用できる新しい勘定科目
3. トランザクションで編集および使用できる古い勘定科目

2。新規アカウントの作成:
• 「リスト」→「会計」→「勘定科目」→「新規」にナビゲートします。
• 必要なフィールドの入力
• このアカウントが適用される固定資産勘定科目の種類を「固定資産管理で表示」フィールドで必ず選択してください
• このガイドを使用できます。
1. 資産勘定: 主要な資産取得価額勘定(貸借対照表)。
2. Depreciation Account(減価償却勘定): 償却累計額を追跡する勘定科目(貸借対照表)。
3. 減価償却費勘定: 減価償却費(期間減価償却金額)の費用勘定。
4. 除却勘定: 資産除却費用の勘定。
5. 減損勘定: 資産減損費用の勘定。
6. 処分コスト勘定: 資産処分(売却)費用の勘定
• 「保存」をクリックします
3。旧勘定科目の使用:
• 「リスト」→「会計」→「勘定科目」にナビゲートします
• アカウント・レコードの「編集」をクリックします
• 「固定資産管理で表示」フィールドで、この勘定科目を適用する固定資産勘定科目の種類を選択します。
• 「保存」をクリックします
