この記事では、Fixed Asset Managementバンドルで使用可能な権限に関連する様々な一般プリファレンスと、それらを有効にした場合の影響について説明します。
FAM一般プリファレンスにアクセスする方法:
「固定資産」→「設定」→「システム設定」にナビゲートします。
会計期間に関連する一般プリファレンス
1. AP/ARがロックされている場合の次のオープン期間への転記の有効化
会計期間がロックされ、FAMトランザクションが処理されると、次のオープン期間の最終日に転記されます。

会計期間がロックされ、FAMトランザクションが処理されると、トランザクションが処理された期間の最終日に転記されます。

トランザクション: 減価償却
1. CSVインポートでのサーバー・スクリプトの実行の有効化
CSVインポートを使用してアセットを作成および更新するときにFAMスクリプトが実行されるようにするには、これを有効にする必要があります。
このプリファレンスを有効にする以外に、ユーザーはCSVをインポートするときに「サーバーの実行」SuiteScriptを有効にし、「ワークフローをトリガー」(「設定」>「インポート/エクスポート」>「CSVインポート・プリファレンス」)も有効にする必要があります。
2. 資産価値編集の許可の有効化
これを有効にすると、管理者はデフォルトで、資産レコードの値を編集する完全な権限を持ちます。ただし、「ユーザー・ロール」ボックスでロールを選択して追加できます(「固定資産」→「設定」→「システム設定」→「一般」→「資産」→「ユーザー・ロール」にナビゲートします)。
3. マイナスの資産取得価額の許可
これが有効になっている場合、資産価値の編集権限を持つユーザーは、資産レコードの「取得原価」、「現在原価」および「残存価額」フィールドにマイナスの値を入力できます
