資産減価償却タスクまたはバックグラウンド・タスクが進行中または保留中ステータスであるため、最新バージョンのFixed Assets Managementへのアップグレードを開始できません。すべてのプロセスのステータスを表示するには、「固定資産」→「固定資産バックグラウンド処理」→「プロセス・インスタンス・リスト」に移動します。

すべてのタスクが完了とマークされたら、サポートに連絡して、Fixed Assets Management SuiteAppを最新バージョンにアップグレードしてください。

解決策


  1. 「固定資産」>「バックグラウンド処理」>「FAMプロセス・リスト」にナビゲートします
  2. 非アクティブの表示: チェックマークの入力
  3. 処理中またはキューに入れられたプロセス: すべてに無効なチェックマークを入力
  4. 「送信」をクリックします。
  5. 「固定資産」→「バックグラウンド処理」→「ステータス」にナビゲートします。
  6. 「In Progress(進行中)」または「Queued(キュー)」ステータス: 「Internal ID(内部ID)」をクリックします。
  7. 「編集」をクリックします。
  8. 非アクティブ: チェックマークを入力
  9. 「保存」をクリックします。
    注: 前述のステップが完了したらすぐにNetSuiteカスタマ・サポートにEメールを送信し、サポートがアカウントでアップグレードを再開できるようにします
