NetSuiteの始め方|受注から入金: スタンドアロン請求書の作成
請求書は、販売者がバイヤーに発行した販売のレコードで、提供された商品またはサービスの支払を要求し、品目摘要、数量、価格、合計未払金額、請求書日付、支払条件などの詳細が含まれます。
「アイテム」リストから各販売アイテムを追加して、請求書に営業を記録します。請求書は、対応する販売額を含むライン・アイテムで構成され、これらの金額の合計は顧客の支払義務の全残高を表します。
スタンドアロン請求書の作成方法:
1. 「トランザクション」 > 「営業」 > 「請求書の作成」
2. 顧客レコード> 営業 > トランザクション > 「新規請求書」ボタン
3. 顧客レコード> 「新規作成」アイコン> 請求書
4.「グローバル検索」→「請求書」の横にある「新規作成」アイコン
5. 既存の請求書レコード> 「アクション」 > 「新規/スタンドアロン・コピーを作成」
「カスタム・フォーム」フィールドで、NetSuiteで提供される「標準請求書」フォームまたは特定のビジネス要件にあわせて設計された「カスタム・フォーム」のいずれかを選択できます。
請求書に入力する必要がある最小情報は、次のとおりです。
- 顧客– アイテムまたはサービスの販売先
- 日付– トランザクションの日付
- アイテム– 顧客に販売されるアイテムおよびアイテム詳細
