すべての標準営業レポート(顧客収益性レポートなど)は、[レポート]> [営業]許可に接続されています。ロールの特定のレポートを1つ制限する必要がある場合、現在、[営許可を削除する可能性のみがあります。

ただし、これにより、他の営業レポートも制限されます。たとえば、顧客別売上、アイテム別売上、営業担当者別売上などです。

したがって、次のステップとして、制限された標準レポートの代わりに、すべての標準営業レポートのコピーをカスタムレポートに作成する必要があります。

次に、カスタムレポートを簡単にプロビジョニングしてカスタムロールに戻すことができます。

解決策

  1.  [レポート]> [営業]> [顧客別売上]>顧客別売上(詳細)ページの[カスタマイズ]に移動します
  2. 新しいレポートの名前を入力します
  3.  [追加オプション]をクリックしてから、[閲覧者/閲覧許可]サブタブをクリックします
  4.  [ロール]フィールドで、このレポートを使用する必要があるすべての営業担当者をロール名を指定します
  5.  [保存]をクリックします
  6.  [レポート]> [売上]> [顧客別売上]> 顧客別売上(概要)ページの[カスタマイズ]に移動します
  7. 新しいレポートの名前を入力します
  8.  [追加オプション]をクリックしてから、[閲覧者/閲覧許可]サブタブをクリックします
  9.  [ロール]フィールドで、このレポートを使用する必要があるすべての営業担当者のロール名を指定します
  10. ドリルダウンレポートをステップ2で作成したレポートに設定します
  11.  [保存]をクリックします
  12. 他のすべての必要な販売レポートについて、この手順を繰り返します。


権限の変更:
