出金表権限がないロールの支払請求書に支払いボタンを未表示する方法

シナリオ

出金表権限を持たない特定のロールの支払請求書で[支払い]ボタンを非表示にする。

解決策

  1.  [設定]> [ユーザー/ロール]> [ロール管理]>経理担当ロールを編集　あるいは影響されているカスタムロール
  2.  [許可]> [トランザクション]> [支払請求書] = [表示]のみ　
    ※出金表権限が含まれていないことを確認してください)
  3. 経理担当のロールとしてログインします
  4.  [トランザクション]> [購入/仕入先]> [支払請求書]> オープン支払請求書を開くに移動します
  5.  [支払い]ボタンが使用可能
  6.  [支払い]をクリックします

エラー:　許可違反:このページにアクセスするには、トランザクション> 出金表の許可が必要です。アカウントの管理者にご連絡下さい。が生成されます。

ロールに「出金表」権限が付与されていないため、[支払い]ボタンは使用できないはずです。 このため、改善機能 233216を登録されております。

代替案として、「支払い」を非表示にして、ロールに新しい支払請求書フォームを割り当てることです。

  1.  [カスタマイゼーション]> [フォーム]> [トランザクションフォーム]に移動します
  2. 支払請求書フォームを編集します
  3.  [アクション]タブ> [標準アクション]> [支払い]のチェックを外します
  4. フォームのタイトルを設定し、[ロール]タブでこれをロールの優先フォームとして設定します
  5.  [名前を付けて保存]をクリックします

フォームセットは、ロールの優先フォームになります。 ユーザーがログインすると、[支払い]ボタンは使用できなくなります。 ロールには出金表権限がないため、これは機能します。
