Hi Vajrala Madhu Reddy, Based on my testing, it appears that you might be removing the Primary Subsidiary setup in the Lead record which by system design, you will not be allowed to do, thus, the Remove option is greyed out. Hi User_IQB52, We have tested this in our QA accounts. Sadly, if we move the Company name below the logo it will distort everything even the table and this will be complex to correct. We suggest you reach out to your technical team so that they can modify to template to your liking. -Lyka
