Great, thank you @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle!

@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle @User_2WVTL In case I can resurrect this, can I ask what "re-uploading the metadata using Administrator role" means? I'm seeing this problem, but I don't know how to resolve it. Many thanks, Cris

Thanks, @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle - that would certainly explain it! I wonder if you can feed back the request for that to be reconsidered? This doesn't strike me as a maximum security website!
-
Thanks for confirming, @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle!
-
Thanks @MannyGcia. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to list what I'm looking for, but it was worth a look!

Hi @Niks Blando-Oracle, We have an order, reference WUK00332778, with a kit item on with the following components: The Wave, however, only has two of those: The third component was added in the past couple of weeks and the order was placed in December. Our Warehouse team have been unable to complete the order because it…
-
I'm having a similar issue (well, our Warehouse team are) because a component has been added to an item since the Wave was generated, I believe. I think it may be an oversight in the Wave process where it's maintaining the components as at the time of ordering but then failing to complete normally due to the new…

Thanks, @Francesca Nicole Mendoza-Oracle - I now seem to have access to SuiteIdeas, so I've placed a vote for that. Is it common for the SuiteIdeas to be so oddly categorised? The general concept of rate fields is not at all specific to REST services, Employee records, or company contributions!
-
Great, thanks Ivy. I'm not able to access SuiteIdeas because we budget-restricted companies don't have any ideas, you see. Good to know that it's there, though 🙂

Hi Ivy, What I was really looking for was for someone to submit the idea of allowing the criteria to be checked against a value from a record. It would drastically simplify what currently has to be done by formula and make it accessible to a wider range of users, notably those who find formulae daunting. Thanks, Cris
-
That's done it for the formula, thanks Ivy. I think I found the same solution, but as you can see from the screenshot I started using the Applied to Transaction when it should have been Applying Transaction, which explains why it wasn't working for me!
-
In case it helps anyone in future, I had this issue with Picking Tickets and it was resolved by updating the 'print template' on the transaction form to the standard template, which printed, then changing it back to the custom template, which then also printed. Which template was preferred actually didn't matter,…

Hi all, Old thread, I know, but if my Japanese is correct, the price level they've highlighted is the equivalent to 'Current (Base) Price' in English, which could be why they can't deactivate that one. Best wishes, Cris

This may be our organisation going off the beaten track, but is this not what Vendor Prepayments are for? Honestly, we don't really use Deposits for much so it's quite possible they can do something similar, but I thought I'd bring it up!

True (and sometimes it can help to de-jargon the fields for your users - I'm looking at you, "CC Approved"!)
