Chelsea, When I use those criteria it gives me results of all items including those that are empty in the old location but not empty in the new location. But it gave me the idea to leave out the location as a criteria and add it as a result. then export to excel and sort by location and that got me where i wanted to be…

Not really solved so much as a workaround was suggested that works but i would prefer to fix the actual problem. Switching to a different browser worked, but I dont understand whay it isnt workign in chrome when it did work in chrome before.

I logged out of Netsuite, cleared my cache and updated chrome. Still tucked under. Went to same report in edge and I can access the section I need.

You could also do a check of a single item as a test by going to Transactions>Inventory>Re-allocate Items then put in an item and it will show on hand qty as well as all the orders that item is committed to in date order earliest to most recent.

In the web store tab one of the choices Out of Stock Behavior is Default. I am asking where that default is located so I can edit it.

That isnt really an answer to their question. Assuming we want to show out of stock items on the website, but also assuming not every item is going to be in stock at all times, can a facet be added to allow customers to only show in stock items when narrowing their search options?

In the FAQ article you linked to. One of the suggestions is "Make sure that the Disable Server SuiteScript Web Service preference is not enabled." It does not say where that setting resides. Any idea where I can find that setting?

Yes, I submitted a case to be added to the list for the Product Feeds SuiteApp which it turns out is in early access mode. They have approved us but it is not yet implemented. I am waiting to hear back from NS Support.

It turns out we already have the feature enabled. When I try to add the SC Product Feed Extension bundle I get the following error message Notice You have not been granted access to the bundle. We would really like to create a Product Feed to use for Google Merchant Center.

Thanks I started a support case and they were able to help me. We used another admins acct and unset my access then reset it with no password and i was able to get in using a change password request.
