Answer is A

It has now been 2 minutes since my last popup. Maybe our long national nightmare is over?
-
So far I have told all our people to select 1 star to really hit the metrics.
-
Yes and it is ridiculous. I am hitting 1star on each one just to throw their stats off.
-
We already have our location as default for orders. What I am failing to understand is why it works properly one day and not the next. we have put in a workflow to set the proper location, but that really seems like a bandaid rather than a solution.
-
It turns out orders from quotes are also working fine, EXCEPT any items you might add that were not on the quote default to blank Location and therefore not committed.
-
I am noticing that orders entered by our internal sales people do not have Inventory Location set automatically, but orders placed through our website do. This was not an issue yesterday. what changed and how do i change it back? I will have to get with ACS on this.
-
I just went into the sales order fields and saw that location field for items was hidden. i turned it on and then selected in the offending sales order and then the item committed. However, this is the only order where things didnt auto-commit so far today.

I am having the same problem this morning, but with only 1 order/item. All other orders have acted normal. We only have 1 location and that location field doesnt show up in our sales orders.
-
Thanks so much for the help. It works like a charm
-
As always John, you are my hero. Thanks
-
John Thanks. I have no problem with 2 searches. I will give these a shot today and let you know if they work.
-
Below are the screen shots of the ones that will not refresh this morning. Others on my dashboard will refresh for now but were not always refreshable yesterday.

@Chance Fry I have checked the Purchase Order form and there is only one field called Expected Receipt Date. On a whim I changed the expected Receipt date on the item in question to a day later this week, and the item disappeared from my search results. And when I changed it back again, it shows back up on the report. So I…

The word every tells me it checks when was the last time it went out then checks to see if it has been x number of months since last run. Where x is 12 I would think it would send it once a year. I am not that trusting of articles.
-
My first thought is that in the schedule line where you say the 2nd day of every 12 months maybe should be every 1 month.
-
I will also need to add the new field to the "Printing Fields" section within the Invoice transaction Form, correct?
-
Its in Lists>Supply Chain might be an outdated article.
-
Thank you for the assistance. It is working as expected now.
-
I ran the same report using those parameters and my 2019 did not change between the 2 selections. I cannot for the life of me think of anything that would cause that. Maybe d/l it as a csv and compare line by line with a sort and highlight will point something out.
-
There is no workflow associated with this field.

Hillary It sounds you just need a little customization on the Purchase History Report that comes with NS. Can you outline what exactly you want to see on your report and how you want it organized? I should be able to walk you through it after making a version for myself.
-
Thank you so much! that worked like a charm

This is really spooky. I did the exact same thing when I set the items up and the PO was showing qty as box of 4. But today I did it after your answer and it worked properly. I wonder if something had to propagate within the system before it took hold? Anyway, it is working correctly now. Thanks

Leonard Thanks for your assistance. NS support and I were able to confirm that the spammed accounts had tried to place orders and that raised a red flag with Solupay who shut down the pre-auth process for the rest of the day. As of this morning things are working as intended again.
