@Emilia Ironov-Oracle The box was checked in Accountign Preferences. So I checked the account and the missing transactions show as Yes in the Clr field and reconciled in that field. How do i reverse that so i can do a complete reconciliation for August?

@Jeff Pineda-Oracle I was mistaken. What was renewed was our SSL certificate, not our domain reg. Should we not have renewed it? We did renew it since we had to pay for that and figured it had to be paid for to allow Netsuite to do what it had to do for the Auto Cert. Now I am really confused as to what to do next.

I just attached my test contact to a different customer with a long history of transactions and all the transactions showed up just fine. Could it have something to do with either the recency of the customers transaction, or the fact that the customer originally signed up online, and my test account and the other customer…

Hang on there is a difference. This version has a button "Continue to Create Case..." That gets me to familiar territory. Thanks I also noticed this version of suiteanswers is a LOT faster than going there from my dashboard.

I recreated your search using the same terms and got no duplicates. Keep in mind I had to use one of our accounts and i could not see your results parameters, so the problem may lie either in the account you are looking at or in the results parameters. Will be glad to help further if you can provide more context.

Not sure if this related at all, but I just tried to login to the Site Management Tools for SCS and got an error message that it was incompatible with Google Chrome version 80. I did not get that message yesterday during over 3 hours in SMT.

We used Mailchimp for about 6 months last year and never ran into that problem.

We had a similar issue and the only thing I could think of to cause it was the fact that came right after we were moved to a different data center so now all our Netsuite URLs contain na3. It also rendered some of my shortcuts useless until I updated them with the new URL

NS Support solved it by having me clear the browser cache for the affected employee and the text box returned.

Is that user using Chrome? We recently had the exact same problem with an event and switching from Chrome to IE or Firefox took care of the problem. He is using Chrome, but so am I and one of his coworkers and we don't have a problem. If this requires going to IE or firefox I can learn to live without text boxes. :h_a_w:
