I figured out why the GL account impact is different than yours and that is due to the mapping on the item record. The PO and IR quantities Match, but the match bill tick box was not ticked. @Shamaine Chan-Oracle - So what is the work around so the customer is NOT wasting their pre-printed check stock? You are not able to re-use the check number since it used in a Customer refund that was refunded to a credit card. There has to be a work around for this...

@Emilia Ironov-Oracle Is there way to make he Contact Role List surface like it is in the code table? As you can see when you open the field on a contact record in the UI it is listing the values with * last and I need the to list first.

@Micah Timbol-Oracle - I am not sure if that would work. They only do half year the first year it is in service then straight line there after. My gut is telling me that it will take and do .6 every month it is run.. I can test it out tho/

@Shahid Ansari The issue is during the Billing/Invoicing stage. when you manually bill the SO it removes the Tax and NS adjusts the order down. when you save the Bill/Invoice Ava tax adds the tax back so it leaves the tax amount open So we have narrowed it down to Ava Tax. I think I am good for now. Reaching out to Ava tax.

Ideally we want to use the out of the box Functionality. Is here a way to pull a branded template for that? We tried created a custom branded email template to pull the tracking data but it is not pulling the data.

@Herdi Rana-Oracle - TY for the confirmation. This is very problematic to the customer base. This was the "workaround" given the fact the Commercial Invoices generated from NS and the documents from Fed Express are NOT customizable. Tell our customers they need to manually type out documents is not going to go well.

Are the contacts you seek related to the customer record? If so, start with a customer search, and use the joins for both contacts and transactions. Yes ran into this here on my end this morning. As stated in another response it is part of the "Scheduled Maintenance" and I was informed it is take a little longer than expected, by NS Support
