Hi @Ammar It is a Standard behavior that users cannot access SAML roles and non-SAML roles in the same session. Please open both roles and navigate to Permissions > Setup. Is SAML Single Sign-on permission added to both of the user's roles?

Thanks, Ammar. Is the SAML Single Sign-on permission added in the custom accounting role? Try adding the permission and ask the user to logout and login. I hope this helps.
