Hi @David DeLisser, If the Team Selling feature is enabled, and you add the Sales Rep field in the report, it will automatically pull up the primary sales rep. Apologies, I forgot to include the Enhancement #332540 for updating the FROM name even after setting the Return Email Address to its subsidiary. Per checking, there is no workaround in changing the from name. Please visit SuiteIdeas to vote for this enhancement.
