Hi @Elizabeth Vance, I tested this too on my end, and the permission that controls the Planned Standard Cost Roll Up Status is the Planned Standard Cost permission. If the permission is already added and the access level is set to Edit or Full, I suggest deleting your browser's history and clearing cache. I hope this helps.

Based on the Saved Search, the Job: Name, Item and the Duration (Decimal) have Summary Type set to their fields. When you remove the summary types of these fields, it should look like this search result below, where the service item, time and employee fields are populated. Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for confirming, Martha. In doing Item Saved Searches, try to use a Formula (text) and use the formula {categorynohierarchy}. Please let me know if this helps.

Hi @Maleeka What Center Type did you use when creating the custom customer service role? Please verify and let us know which fields from the screenshots below the customer service role can and cannot view in the actual transaction record. Thank you.

Have you tried removing the Summary Types in the Results tab? This should give you the output that does not have the drill up and down option.

Hi @Martha Hakes, To confirm, this is a Custom Item field, correct? If so, log in as the administrator and navigate to the Product Category (No Hierarchy) > Access tab > Check if there is any Default Access Level set for the custom field. I hope this helps.
-
There should be something like the one I sent. Are all users unable to see this field or column? Have you tried using the Standard Form to isolate the issue? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and let us know how it goes.

Other roles that share the same Center Type can update the created dashboard as long as they have the Publish Dashboard permission. To know more about Publish Dashboard Permission, please see SuiteAnswers ID 8125.
-
Hi@User_NC62U, Yes, this is possible through a custom field in your item record. You can source and link your case search in the custom item field. There is a SuiteAnswers article similar to the logic that you want to show in a record. You may refer to this SuiteAnswers ID 66978.

Hi BN, The Create Purchase Order button is visible when you have Requisition Approval permission. Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit custom role In Permissions subtab > Transactions > Add Requisition Approval > Set Access Level to Edit > Click Add and Save. I hope this helps.
