Hi @Jeanne Padilla-Oracle, Sorry for the delayed response. There is a 3-level (checker, reviewer and approver) custom approval process on journal entry. similar kind of approval process is also there on vendor record to make vendor active after approval.

Hi @User_L8FNG, Can you please try removing cache and then logout and login in the production instance. Also please check the global permission on the employee record if there are any restrictions related to customer record, document and files on the employee record.
