Hi Have you tried to refresh the reminders portlet? This is done via the circular arrow that appears when you hover your cursor over the portlet. If that has already been tried you may want to remove and re-dd the portlet or clear browser cache.

Hi @MikeGodbout Can you clarify when you say the employees are setup? Does that mean they have an employee record and access is assigned in sandbox? if so, do you use SSO in production or sandbox? Check if the roles in prod and sandbox have the Setup> SAML permission. I’m assuming the uses are not assigned the admin role?

Hi @Katerina Winklerova-Oracle I tried your suggestion and indeed the results exported in the UI without any summary types showed duplicate results even though the UI search run showed correct results. I've placed back my summary types and get the right info.

Correct, if you want to enter all those fields individually as normal on a transaction then a non-inventory item or service item with a basic Item Name/ Number and dummy COA's is the next option.

HI @User_1I8SP I would advise using a saved search to attain the information you need. You need saved search type = Transaction. Add criteria: Type = Sales Order Add Results fields from 'Activity fields' and 'Message fields' join sections.

The same issue was observed with Excel attachment and a failed alert when using pdf attachment. This failed PDF option confirms that lines were duplicated because I had only 6 lines on the saved search but my failure reason was over 50 lines on the pdf.
