Is COA 14052 of Account Type = Income?
-
Hi @Imzy_code Could send screenshots of the item showing subsidiary setting, accounting subtab and system information subtab. also send the same from the customer record.
-
HI @Imzy_code Have you checked that the subsidiaries of the customer match the subsidiary allowed on the item? Can you send screenshots or customer and item subsidiary? Also just to check, this is a service item for sale or for purchase, resale or sale?

There is an enhancement logged for this under ID 1908293

Hi @User_2LD8N I managed to reproduce this as well. It seems the roles list disappears if you selected All for the Centre field. If you select one specific Center, you get the roles list. I believe this is standard behaviour as by choosing ‘all’ you’re giving access to all roles.

Hi @Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle No-one ever replied on the following thread.

Hi all An option workaround I recently used was to set: Custom transaction body field Type = List/Record. List/Record = Employee Store Value = T Validation & Defaulting: Dynamic Default = Current User. This will only work for records created after you configure this. Past records can be updates via csv import after running…

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan Yes I tried and it didn't work. Maybe it's my account configuration. The report lists a positive and negative value for the same prepayment. Assuming one is the application line. This means on the summary report I get net zero for some payments. In detail, when I look at a prepayment the day before…

Hi @User_B4GTN I doubt a saved search will work. I suggest the workaround for going forward. You'll need to run the saved search at a particular time of the day once daily. Then they cane used for your reporting purposes.
-
Hi @User_2LD8N A way to stop this happening is to remove the RMA button from your transaction forms. i.e if you only want to create RMAs from invoices then remove the button from all sales order forms.
-
HI @Rick Cobb_2 The RA feature lets you receive items back into your locations but this does not 'un-fulfil' on the SO line. This behaviour is the same even when RA is created from invoice level. To be able to re-fulfil the item you will need to add new SO lines.
-
Hi @User_E1GW7 You can do this by creating a customer saved search. Go to: reports> New Search. Select search type = Customer. Criteria: Select any criteria if you need to filter out some customers. Results: Go to: Transaction Fields.. Select all the transaction fields you want to see in the results. This will show you all…

Hi @Anisha. I think you're best using the Vendor Prepayments feature for this. See SuiteAnswers 87402 and 87403.
-
Hi @JoshPNW Did that work for you?
-
HI @RickG_1136 You can also see permissions list on SuiteAnswers 9911 for future reference.
-
Hi @JoshPNW You'll already have a Unit of Measure type 'Quantity' with a base of 'each'. You need to create a Unit of Measure under Type = Quantity called 'Pair' or anything else you like. Set it to have a conversion rate of 2. Now open your item record and change the 'purchase unit' to 'Pair' or whatever name you used…

Hi @User_GANMT Could you kindly detail the steps you're taking, what you're want to achieve and also aid that with any screenshots you can include?

Hi @User_C055V It is currently not possible to saved import templates via the journal import assistant. This assistant only uses one standard single journal import template which is not customisable. There is an enhancement logged 604616 - Transactions Financial Make Journal Entries Import Ability to customize Single…
-
Hi @User_B4GTN Yes I understand that. My advice is a workaround that will only work for future instances to review past balances because if you start running the report daily today, then you will be able to report back on balances as of any day up till today. I am not aware of any standard functionality to get what you…
-
Hi @VersalKeith When you say ‘move back ordered stock’ do you mean reallocating available stock from SO 1 where it is not fully committed to SO2 which will be fully committed by that available stock?
-
Hi @User_B4GTN I don't think this is possible. I would suggest a workaround that only works for future dates whereby you create a saved search that saves a copy daily in the file cabinet (scripted) or emailed to a selected mailbox.
-
Hi @User_DEF0A If the item records you use in this scenario never need receipt, then all you need to do is go to the Preferences subtab of the item records and uncheck the Can Be Fulfilled// Received checkbox.
-
Great stuff!

Hi @Kedalene A user record can only have one subsidiary selected. But you can create a role specific for this said user and set the following: Subsidiary Restrictions> Set Accessible Subsidiaries to ‘Selected’. Then select the two subsidiaries you want the user to have access to. Assign this custom role to your user and…
-
Hi @Febin Antony You can follow the following steps: Created a new saved search. Select Type = Customer. Criteria tab: Add any filters you may want e.g to exclude any customers. Results tab: Select Transaction fields> Date. Add Summary Type = Maximum. Available Filters tab: Add Internal ID. Give your search a name/ title.…

Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Sadly this works on a customer saved search yes but fails on the AR Aging report created based on the customer saved search. Must be some limitation.
-
Hi @User_CA6YI User @John Griffin is on the money. Check this against your file. Here is the SuiteAnswer ID62819.
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle I am using the customer saved search type.
-
Hi @User_KDHIR How are you creating your journals?
-
Hi @User_2D608 You need to click on the '+' icon next to 'Item - Pricing'. See attachment image where highlighted in blue.
