Thanks for telling me what drop shipping is and how to use it. We want to keep items set as drop ship and be able to click the button on the line item in the order to generate a drop ship PO. We do NOT want the drop-ship PO auto created. We know we can turn on order approvals to stop them from being autogenerated. We don't…

it appears to be coming back online

Do you guys use cloudflare, or pingdom?
-
Our web store is 100% down
-
I found a few that will load. Some, that worked last week, never laod.

We thought we were back up too. We can't get UPS estimates within Netsuite. We can't bill credit cards (all authorizations fail). So, NetSuite can't talk to 3rd party services right now.
-
We're on macs and use Chrome and Firefox and Safari. We're all getting stuck in different areas on all three. eg: one particular button isn't clickable in Safari. Item edits can't be saved in Chrome. It is always possible that we're drawing incorrect conclusions and it is all time based.. eg: Two minutes after any login to…

A fix for the performance issues experienced in NA Central, NA Northwest, and NA East has been implemented and the impact has been mitigated. Some lingering intermittent slowness may persist for some customers. We can not save edits to items. We still can't proecss orders. Is that what is meant by "lingering intermittent…

Status page = fake news!? Status page seems to be more like a static blog type page... not the result of an automated NetSuite performance analysis report that runs unattended in the background. It's like they text a web guy at NS and tell him "update the status page".. "we read in the UG that they're still having…

Same here. It works, but unusably slow! ALSO, we notice that on pages where we collect payment in the NS back end ...the URL now alerts us that those pages are UNSECURED.

I figured this one out. I made three nightly mass updates to customers that keeps the "one time orderer" flag accurate. You could make it find "one time orderers" or "repeat customers" using the same logic. I went with "one time orderer" Y/N. So, one nightly massupdate uses these 2 filters to identify and set customers to…

This might only be a SuiteCommerce ONLY thing. We're in SiteBuilder. We also need it to NOT charge fee shipping on the entire order if just one item in the order is a free shipping item. I tested every way possible and it won't work in SiteBuilder

What is "it"? Magento or SCA or other?
-
As far as Answer Id: 26478 goes: this isn't for the shopping cart. it's for internal sales orders.
-
OK, so still not possible in the web store (a site-builder web store at that) to limit shipping options in the shopping cart due to a "ships via" setting in the item records. I've used the "restrict by weight" to narrow down shipping methods for an item.. but it is too limited because you can NOT set a range. You can do…

Is there a way to add free shipping on just one item while keeping other items as paid shipping.. without using promotions? -Tom

We still need this feature
-
> it needs MASSIVE resources to run smoothly Magento has a hosted version of Magento. Is it the same? Is it equally as capable?
-
This is from 2012 and still a major thorn in our side. {itemshipmethod} needs to be multi-select and something one can apply to the shopping cart and not just to back-office entered sales orders. Or, maybe a new standard field called {itemWEBSTOREshipmethod}. eg: if we have a shipping item called "small flat-rate USPS" and…

Also, it isn't just a bin issue. I tried adding an item to the cart that is a kit item. The item record shows 50 pcs available. The column in the order shows none available. -Tom
-
I asked NetSuite to look into it. They replied "We can replicate the issue. We're trying to figure out why it is happening". Yes, we use Bins. Yes, we have MLI enabled in the account. -Tom
-
We use bins. The item has a bin. We use Multi-Location Inventory in our account. I don't see a field (in the item record) called "Multi-Location Inventory = T/F".

Thanks Dobbins, After testing "per lb shipping", I went back to real-time-rates, but I removed ALL boxes for anything under 40 lbs that isn't oversized. We had way too many issues where someone added an item he size of a thimble to a larger item that was assigned a box and it wanted to add $12 to their order. We use the…

Dominicb, I need free shipping on kits. I need your solution. Can you give me more clues? Would you offer it as a NetSuite customization that you'd perform? Thanks, Tom
-
Free shipping is killing us! There is no good solution in NetSuite if you're doing a combination of free and "not free" shipping in a web store. The advanced promotions solution isn't good because it doesn't work on kits (deal killer). Also, you can't exclude Hawaii and Alaska without excluding it for across the board (for…

> I don't believe it's possible to preserve all your site builder URLs when converting to SCA.. things might have changed though. Have things changed? Can one preserve all their site builder URLs when converting to SCA? Tom

Also half-assed enhancements are WORSE than not releasing the enhancement at all. Harsh, but how can I not agree. We saw one exciting ecommerce feature in the last upgrade (the extended cart) and we reverted to the old cart 4 or 5 weeks after the upgrade because the new "extended cart" was bug ridden. We've got fixes to…
