how can the url of the transaction record be part of the report when downloaded in excel

can this be done in a report? or will this work if the saved search is downloaded in excel (meaning keep the URL intact)?

GL account was intially set up with correct generate rate type (Current) from Year 1. then early part of Year 2, account was updated and changed to Historical (impact wasn't captured/noticed) then setup was corrected back to Current latter part of year 2, and that's when user found out that after this change, previous year…

what correcting entries then need to happen if the impact is also impacting a prior period (closed) already? I saw a suggestion to revert to the old/incorrect setting, then deactivate the account and create a new one with the correct account set up (which i think still requires an adjusting entry ..,right?
