Impact of Changing the Account General rate type
Hi,
We have few Accounts with General rate types "Current". When the Accountant runs the period close, transactions related to that account are kept changing every month. I believe it is because of the General rate type. Please correct me.
To fix the issue, we want to update the General rate type as Historical. What is the impact of changing the General rate type?
Or
What is the best practice to keep the exchange rates the same for existing transactions when close the period?
Any help appreciated.
