When the above formula is used in a saved search, the output shows a running total by transaction date. See screen shot. But the formula does not work in a workbook. Error is Unsupported element near quantity.

Awesome. Thank you! Having problems with this one as well.
-
Inventory count transaction. Data set below.

Ok thanks Sho. I did test it out in a workbook pivot but did not like the results. Will wait and see if the enhancement is approved.

This worked! Thank you!!!!

All fields are native. I do not have a work around at the moment. Tried doing the same in saved searches but could not figure out a solid formula to equate quantities by status.
-
Got the following error.
-
Current result output is a pivot that shows the three statuses of an Inventory Count transaction. Snapshot Quantity, Count Quantity, and Adjusted Quantity. Expected result is a formula to show the percent change in counts. Or Adjusted qty/Snapshot qty. In the example above 3008/0. Was planning to use the MOD function where…

Sho, I got it to work with this. Feel free to share. Works currently as a standalone SS but would like to use it as a sublist. Criteria Results

Hi Sho, Yes that worked to get rid of the error. But the math is not adding up. Looks like it is still looking at other Order types for the quantity. Example is line one End qty 21017, transaction qty 30000. 21017 + 30000 = 51017. But end qty for line 2 is 79509. Also, Next to last column is the old formula without the…

Yes sir. This is a transaction saved search.

Hi Sho, The saved search is to show a running total for transaction quantities that impact physical item quantities on hand. As an example there is a quantity field on a Sales Order BUT the physical inventory impact happens when an item is fulfilled. Criteria Results Output The formula looks at transaction quantities and…

Hi Trixie, Im looking for an average of a group of periods. So in other words, for every record for periods 4,5,6, and 7, average those numbers per and give me an output. Adding screen shot but my syntax is off.
-
It's not ideal but at least I can stop spending time on it. Thank you for the honesty.

Multi Location, yes we are using. We are not using OneWorld account. Use Case below. I have 12 On Hand, 82 ordered, Short 70. But what Date will I be short.

Hi Trixie, See below. Looking for a Case When formula to so season low as a 5 year average for periods 11,12,1,2 and Case When season high as a 5 year average for periods 4,5,6,7.

Yes sir, this did it. Thank yo uso much!
