hi the link provided is an html it is not the presentation or pdf hence not useful for presentation. cannot approach the account manager as mentioned it is not a presales but it is for internal presentation as we are already netsuite customer

hi @markbell10 i think loosing track. i check as per your suggestion it does not have any setting to disable the mandatory field entering the "Contact*" under "Customer E-Document Email Recipient" tab which is under "E-Document" tab on customer Page; going back to my original post, please refer the screenshot attached.

none of the mention suggestions were true in our case. i also tried Answer ID 67927 using above ID, now i am able to see the "Invoice Number" but the "Bill to" , logo and payment number is gone

hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle it does not work from " 6. Under the Criteria tab, select Date field and input the From and To dates. This is what the System looks at to determine what Numbering Format to apply system is unable to show anything under the "Field *} under "Criteria" tab beside "Sequences by Segment" tab.

but i need the document number to initalize to 1 for every fiscal year change. is this possible? i come across 'Advance numbering rule" but there is no documentation showing how to navigate, FYI 'Advance number" feature is already enabled.
