Hello @richard Chua The only way to do this is via scripting. You can find a reputable NetSuite partner to help, if you don't want to wait for the enhancement.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16905175#Comment_16905175 The error you're encountering comes from the 'to be emailed' box on sales orders being checked. If you have confirmed that that box isn't checked, file a case. You have some type of bug in your system.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16905052#Comment_16905052 Hi @User_KJCWO I'm not sure what other information you might be getting? You can always test this by assigning yourself the user roles that you are concerned with, and going to a check and clicking the print icon. I encourage you to…
-
Hi @TEN OK, since it is telling you specifically what sales orders are failing, can you edit the sales orders and ensure that the 'to be emailed' box is not checked?
-
Hello @SILJA K C The templates will only be present if SuiteSuccess was installed correctly into your account. In many cases, it's not. If you go to the 'setup' list, do you see the bundle deployment wizard as an option?
-
User_DATN1 I know it's not the answer you were hoping for, but it's an answer. I hope it was helpful.
-
For checks, Viewing the check doesn't hide the 'print' button, but clicking the print button while viewing will only print the remit, not the check. (try it to confirm) Also - if they could actually print the check, they would need access to check stock in order to print it, which they likely don't. Viewing doesn't stop…

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4511402/fx-rate-used You can check the conversion rates at Lists>Accounting>Consolidated Exchange rates. How the amount is converted (Average, Current or Historical rates) are set on each account. I hope this helps!
-
You'll want to enter: Amount= -5129.26 (or the amount left to depreciate if I got it wrong from your screenshot) Transaction date = either the last month depreciation should have run, OR today's date if that period is closed. Reference - (My accountant brain ) add whatever notes to explain to an auditor what you are doing…

That's a rounding difference.

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4511396/issue-in-drag-and-drop The user clicked on the drag n drop in the upper right corner, and clicked 'change' You'll need to tell them the correct folder. Also let them know not to do this in the future. It's a feature of drag n drop that is less than ideal, but…

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4511391/issue-with-consolidated-exchange-rates-after-subsidiary-hierarchy-change I've moved subsidiaries many times, and have never had this issue. This is exactly why you are required to do this in the sandbox prior to production. When moving subsidiaries hierarchy,…

The issue is coming from one or more of your customers having the preference on their customer record to 'email' transactions. However, the preference is enabled, BUT there is no email set on the customer record. This is what is driving the error. To fix this: Create a saved customer search. Criteria = Send Transactions…

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16904869#Comment_16904869 In that case, you'll need to convert the amount. One JE In INR to move the money Out of the INR account. One JE in USD to move the money INTO the USD account. In this case, personally, I would make detailed notes in the memo fields…

You can try testing a 'generic' vendor - but I don't know if you can change the vendor once it's sent. You'll need to test thoroughly - Create a generic vendor create RFQ's using the vendor, then see if you can change the vendor once a valid supplier is active. (I really doubt that you can, because there are emails…

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16904910#Comment_16904910 To have this show up like this: Change the field type to Rich Text Edit the default to display exactly how you want. Voila! 😉

https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/comment/16904700#Comment_16904700 I'm not a developer Sam, so I'm not a lot of help with scripts. Seems you found the answers, and are coming up with solutions that will work on your own. You're a rock star!

It looks like your depreciation rules were changed from acquisition to something else when the asset was created. The only way to correct this is to revalue to asset to add the depreciation that didn't post back into the asset value, and run one last depreciation. Fixed Assets > Transactions > Asset Revaluation. (Set the…
