Thanks Pauline. I tried changing that and it still did not work. I also tried changing the recipient field as the SuiteAnswers instructions said to use send to current record. Still not working.

Another question, my company installed RFSmart when they were implementing. Decided against the product, but it is still installed. Would this override the native NetSuite features?

Hey Chris. We have the packaging set up, but I am not seeing that I can choose a box dimension. In the sand box earlier, I was on one item fulfillment and could fill in custom dimensions. Hmmmm I looked in our system and we have a lot of packages set up, but not showing on item fulfillment's. Is there maybe another setting I am missing?

Thanks Chris. I checked and the only workflow is to set a custom form. Is there a way to see if a script is messing with it? I even see on one order where the shipping charge still held on the IF but never made it to the SO. Netsuite Gremlins are driving me bonkers.

Thanks John. The numbers appeared correct after I changed to Maximum, but I need to do some more investigating. I will try this and see what results it returns.

We actually figured out the SUM was causing the issue. We changed to Maximum and it corrected the report.
